Between 2002 and 2005 Mark Power was covering the construction of the new Airbus plane, the A380. Because of its extraordinary size, Airbus first had to construct the infrastructure (such as the final assembly line in Toulouse, factories throughout Europe and extensive transportation networks, including a specially built ship).
Mark Power was commissioned by Airbus to cover every step of its construction.
